Raw honey will crystallize over time. That's OK! Pure raw honey will NEVER go bad. To re liquefy, heat in a pot of warm water not exceeding 110 degrees. Please don't use the microwave as it will kill the enzymes (all the healthy benefits) and change the flavor profile.
The best method to remove the cork is to gently push in a butter knife where the cork and glass meet and pull up. Repeat this motion all around the cork and it will pop right off.
Maple Syrup likes to stay cold after opened so please refrigerate.
One tablespoon of pure maple syrup contains 42 mg of potassium. It also contains calcium, zinc, manganese, magnesium, and iron. The darker the maple syrup, the more of these minerals it contains. Maple syrup also contains trace amounts of vitamins B1, B2, B5, B6, biotin and folic acid.
